Hal Schwartz founded The Network Real Estate Group, Ltd. in
1993. He currently serves as the Chief Executive Officer.
Hal has been licensed in the real estate
business since 1985. He is an active member of Northern Illinois
Commercial Association of Realtors having served as Treasurer
and Head of the Governmental Affairs Division as well as being
the President for the Year 2000. Hal was named the Realtor
of the Year, 2000. Hal is also a member of Realtors Forty
Club, an exclusive affiliation available to only 40 top Realtors
in Illinois. Hal has served 2 terms on the Commercial/ Industrial/
Investment Committee of the Illinois Association of Realtors.
In 1998, Hal was appointed to the Leadership Training Academy

Suburban Chicagoland. He was also 2003 Chairman of the Commercial
and Invest ment Committee for that same Board of Realtors.
In addition, Hal has previously served on the Realtors Commercial
Alliance for the National Association of Realtors and on the
Economic Development Committee for the Southland Chamber of
Commerce. He has also served as a Director for the Pediatric
Oncology Treasure Chest Foundation. Hal is a native of the
Chicago area and has lived and worked in the Northeast Illinois
and Northwest Indiana areas all of his life. He lives in The
Village of Homer Glen with his wife, Linda.

January of 2000, Neil Haleem joined Network Real Estate Group,
Ltd. as a principal partner and currently holds the position
of Vice President of Business Development. Licensed
and practicing real estate brokerage, development and consulting
since 1988, Neil received the prestigious Diamond Award issued
by the Illinois Association of Realtors for outstanding service
in 1992 and 1993. In addition to being a real estate broker,
Neil has been a licensed real estate appraiser since 1994
and currently serves as the President of Area Appraisals,
Inc. As President, Neil manages a staff of professional real
estate appraisers performing evaluations for all types of
real estate investments for lending institutions, attorneys,
investors and the general public. Neil received an Honorable
Discharge after serving with the United States Army from 1982
to 1985. His first tour of duty was wit h the 1st Infantry
Division based near Stuttgart, Germany. Following his tour
in Europe, Neil was assigned to a mobilized unit at Fort Hood
Texas, serving as a transportation specialist under the post
command of General Wesley Clark. Neil serves on the special

Sims was also a co-founder of International Games, Inc. which
was responsible for the highly successful and internationally
renown card game UNO. Currently UNO is owned and distributed
by Mattel, Inc.Educationally, Mr. Sims studied finance at
Georgetown University and has received a Bachelor of Arts
with a concentration in Marketing from Loyola University of
Chicago. Mr. Sims has been a board member of the Northern

Jim specializes in leasing commercial office and retail space.
As a leasing associate, Jim’s goal is to provide his
clients with solutions to their space problems and provide

business. Jim works with tenants to resolve their space
needs or landlords to fill their space with qualified tenants.
To accomplish his goals, Mr. Misch strives to build customer

The genesis of Mr. Misch’s interests in commercial real
estate came from the audit work he conducted during Resolution
Trust Corporation’s (RTC) clean up of the savings and
loan crisis. Prior to joining Network Commercial Real
Estate, LLC Jim had a distinguished career that spanned 29+
years as a Federal auditor with two Federal agencies:
the U.S. Treasury Department and the Federal Deposit Insurance
Corporation (FDIC). While at Treasury he spent 15 years
in the Internal Audit Division of the Internal Revenue Service’s
Inspection Service (now known as the Treasury Inspector General
for Tax Administration). At FDIC, Mr. Misch’s
first 4 of 14 years were loaned to the RTC’s Inspector
General’s Office, Office of Audits, and the remaining
10 years were with FDIC’s Inspector General’s
Office, Office of Audits.
Mr. Misch holds an Illinois real estate broker’s license,
is a Certified Commercial Specialist (CCS), a Certified Internal
Auditor (CIA) and a Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE).
In addition, he earned a BA in Accounting and MA in Computer
Resources Management. His professional associations
include: the Mainstreet Organization of Realtors (MORe)
(formerly known as Realtor Association of West/South Suburban
Chicago), the Illinois Association of Realtors (IAR),
the Institute of Internal Auditors (IIA),
and the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners (ACFE).
Jim also served his country in the U.S. Air Force as an Accounting
Finance Specialist while assigned to various locations in

Tammy
began her real estate career in 1993 when she was appointed
Property Manager of a 58 unit complex by the owner, a Chicago
Real Estate Developer. She joined Network Real Estate Group
in 1994, bringing her property management skill to the company’s
established brokerage and leasing divisions.Since joining
the company, Tammy has consistently been promoted and is now
Vice President of retail and a Principal with the firm. Tammy
has received top honors from her company for production in
both sales and leasing and in 2001 helped form and now heads
the company’s Retail Leasing Division. In 2007 Tammy
was elected corporate secretary for Network Real Estate Group.She
has become an active member of the Northern Illinois Commercial
Association of Realtors, serving on the Planning Commission
in 1996-97, 1997-98 and 1998-99, as the chairperson of the
Nominating Committee for 1998-99 & 2007, and on the Membership/Events
Committee for 2000.In addition, she also served on the Conference
Committee as co-chair in 2000 and 2001 and as Chair in 2002.
After serving as a director on the NICAR Board for 2002, Tammy
was elected Secretary in 2003, Treasurer in 2004, President-Elect

William brings more than 15 years of diversified experience

Mr. Mustafa began his real estate career in 1985 where he worked for Dean Witter Investments as a stockbroker, placing high net worth investors in real estate Limited Partnerships, Private Placements and REITS, creating 359 clients with $28 million under management.
In 1987, William’s experience led to a rewarding position with NationsBank as a commercial real estate loan officer, specializing in multi-family lending, exceeding sales goals by 125%.
After NationsBank merged with Bank America, He formed Wlm Financial Group, where he continued to provide commercial real estate lending to multifamily properties.
May of 2001, William was offered a position as a contractor at the Federal Aviation Administration Regional Office. His position as a Realty Specialist was involved in all aspects of the FAA real estate projects and transactions. He was appointed as a Real Estate Contracting Officer with twenty-five million dollars contracting authorization and completed over one hundred real estate projects.
William joined Inland Real Estate Sales as an Associate Broker in November of 2003. He was involved in the real estate analysis, transaction management and negotiations in the acquisition, disposition and leasing of retail, multifamily and industrial properties.
William attended Providence High School in New Lenox; graduated from the University Of Illinois with a Bachelors of Arts in Management and a minor in accounting and Roosevelt University Legal Studies Program.
